Most likely you will already be speaking with someone from Web South
about us doing remote support.

If you are not - please call (08) 8581 1189 or 0429 811 958
and arrange a time for you to work with us on your computer.

Make sure you have a working internet connection!

When you run this program and double click on the text in the left hand box

The program will launch a connection to LISTEN for our remote computer.

Once a connection has been established we should be able to work on your computer
from our remote location. You can cancel the connection at any time. (preferrably we will do it)
